Jim Attwood Chief Underwriting Officer, Facultative & Specialty
Jim has 26 years of experience leading the development of risk solutions, including 15 years in Asia Pacific. He has held a wide variety of senior positions in the reinsurance industry, including senior management, underwriting, marketing, broking, operations and statutory actuarial roles. Jim has worked for Swiss Re, Aon and Towers Perrin. Jim is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK) and a Fellow of the Singapore Actuarial Society.

Chin Hon Choong Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer, Facultative & Specialty
Hon Choong's underwriting career spans 20 years, a significant part of which was spent at Swiss Re where he specialised in marine risks, particularly with regard to Asia's emerging markets ex-Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the National University of Singapore, and is a Fellow of The Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).

Antoine Lamy
Antoine has more than 10 years of international experience in the aviation industry. He was previously with French dedicated aviation insurer La Reunion Aerienne, in Paris, before moving to London with Catlin as Aviation Class underwriter. He specialised in underwriting international business for airlines with a strong focus on Asian clients. Antoine graduated from Reims Management School in France.

PROPERTY & ENGINEERING
Chan Swee Chee
Swee Chee entered the reinsurance industry in 1990 following a 10-year career in engineering. Beginning with SOREMA, he was later appointed CEO of RSA Re in Singapore. In 2007, he joined ACR Singapore with responsibility for the Middle East market, and was transferred to ACR ReTakaful MEA in July 2009 as Chief Underwriting Officer before moving back to Singapore a year later. Swee Chee holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Singapore and Bachelor of Law from the University of London, UK. He is also a qualified Professional Engineer with the PE Board (Singapore) and a Chartered Insurer of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).

CASUALTY
Zaid Aziz Ibrahim
Zaid brings 10 years of insurance, broking and risk management experience, having previously worked in Southeast Asia for Allianz Re Asia Pacific, Marsh Insurance Brokers, and Tenaga Risk Management and Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) majoring in Actuarial Science and Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

MARINE
Rama Chandran
Rama has 28 years of marine experience. He ended his sea career as a Chief Engineer with a major shipping company, having served on most types of vessels. He then joined Ritchie & Bisset (FE) Pte Ltd where he spent 13 years and held a broad range of responsibilities such as P&I Club Correspondent, consultant/adjustor to major hull and P&I underwriters around the world, oil major inspector, flag inspector, non exclusive classification surveyor. His last position was as Managing Director. Prior to ACR, he handled both treaty and facultative Marine businesses across Asia at Swiss Re.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Beat R. Bolli
Beat has 45 years of experience in the energy sector, commencing his career with Gulf Oil Corporation as a research geophysicist before managing the world technical exploration operations of Gulf Oil Corporation and then Chevron. Thereafter, he spent 12 years at Swiss Re as head of offshore energy underwriting followed by three years of risk engineering and consulting for energy and insurance companies. Beat holds a Master in Geodesy and Geophysics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich.
