Micky Lee
Chief Underwriting Officer, Treaty
Micky has been involved in property and engineering underwriting for 25 years. He has managed facultative and treaty portfolios in Asia for reinsurers such as Swiss Re, St Paul Re and Compagnie Transcontinentale de Re. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structural) from the National University of Singapore. He is also an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and an Associate in Risk Management of the Insurance Institute of America.

Vicky Hu
Vicky brings to her role financial expertise and analytical skills having had 13 years of international business experience working with organisations such as Motorola, Swiss Re and the World Bank. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy and a Master of Arts (Economic) from the Ohio State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (Finance and Entrepreneurial Management) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Chia
Peter has over 20 years experience in reinsurance and insurance business. Prior to joining ACR, he held senior underwriting and management positions whilst working with European-based reinsurers expanding into Asia. Peter is a Chartered Insurer.

Desmond Tan
Desmond has close to 20 years of reinsurance experience. Besides treaty underwriting, Desmond was also responsible for internal and external underwriting audit in his previous company, GE ERC.

Zhou Zhigang
Zhigang has 20 years experience in P&C insurance/reinsurance industry, mainly in China, including marketing, broking and underwriting roles, with organisations such as China Pacific Insurance, Imperial Re, Benfield, Willis. He hold a Ph.D (Finance) from Fu Dan University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
