The Property team underwrites a broad range of treaty and facultative property risks as well as engineering treaty business. In particular, the team specialises in underwriting large-scale industrial and commercial risks, across industries such as Power Generation, Telecommunications, Ports and Terminals, Infrastructure, Minerals and Processing, and Electronics and Semi-Conductors. With its intimate knowledge of local conditions and buying needs, the team strives to work closely with cedants and intermediaries in coming up with sound, sustainable facultative structures.
